Gregg Bedol

Gregg Bedol has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. In 1996, they founded Bedol Retail Ventures/RedZone Consulting, where they served as Founder, CEO, and Managing Director until 2020. During this time, they were responsible for several semi-successful startups, including RetailOps, a multi-function operational outsourcing company for mid-tier and startup specialty retailers.

In 2018, Bedol worked as the SVP of Customer Success at antuit.ai, a leader in AI-powered cloud solutions for Retail and Consumer Goods. Gregg played a key role in delivering outsized financial and productivity results through highly scalable solutions.

From 2015 to 2017, Bedol served as a Program Manager for Ascena Retail Group, Inc., where they successfully delivered multiple projects within Lane Bryant & Catherine's as part of Ascena's transformational "Change For Growth" initiative.

Bedol also worked as a Program Director at Habitat for Humanity International from 2012 to 2017, where they directed the Donated Products initiative and led multiple projects to transform the HFHI ReStore Support Group.

Gregg has also held roles as a Senior Program Manager at EXPRESS, where they managed the implementation of Oracle Retail v14, and as a Senior Director (Contract) at Stage Stores (Gordman's), guiding retail clients to successful execution of critical strategic initiatives.

Additionally, Bedol has been involved in various other organizations and initiatives. Gregg is the Co-Founder and CEO of Quantuvos, a professional development community with coaching at its core. Gregg is also a Founding Sponsor of the Center for Coaching Effectiveness, which aims to bring rigor and science to the art of coaching. Furthermore, Bedol is the Founding Director of the Watering Seeds Foundation, which brings executive-quality coaching to diverse, underrepresented young professionals. Gregg has also served as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP Tech Advisory Council.

Gregg Bedol holds an MBA degree in Operations Management and Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Prior to that, their education history includes studying at Brandeis University, although no specific degree or field of study information is available for this institution.
