Previous roles include Vice President of Sales at Quark Expeditions, Chief Experience Officer at Arctic Kingdom Polar Expeditions, and Associate at Breakthrough Growth Consulting. Andrew also founded Radical Sabbatical, focusing on coaching and workshops, and co-founded Destination Arctic, specializing in tourism marketing in the Canadian Arctic.
