Elise Ritchie has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and education. Elise most recently held the position of VP, People at Quark Expeditions, a company specializing in polar adventure travel. Before that, they worked as a Strategic HR People Partner at Diebold N, where they supported VP level leaders and their teams in the software organization. Elise also served as a Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resource Coordinator at Diebold N. Prior to Diebold N, Elise held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they managed employee programs and assisted with recruitment and onboarding. Elise also gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Appleby College and as a Teaching Assistant at King's University College, where they supported professors in teaching and research activities.
Elise Ritchie began their education in 2009 at Western University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology. Elise completed their undergraduate studies in 2014. In 2014, they enrolled at Fanshawe College to study Human Resources Management, completing their studies in 2015.
