Igor Spivak has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Igor began their career as a Researcher at Sheba - Tel Ha SHomer Hospital in 1993 and worked there until 1998. Igor then transitioned to a role as a Clinical Biochemist at Maccabi Health care Services from 1998 until 2000. Following this, Igor joined Quark Pharmaceuticals in 2000, where they served as the Manager of the In Vivo Research Unit until 2005. During their tenure at Quark Pharmaceuticals, they also held the position of Head of the Research Pharmacology Unit and In Vivo Group Manager. Currently, Igor is working at Vivox as a Senior Scientist specializing in preclinical pharmacology and in vivo modeling.

Igor Spivak's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2004.
