Elizabeth T. Priller, BSN, RN has a diverse and extensive work experience in healthcare and leadership roles. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at Quartz Health Solutions, where they lead the organization in integrating DEI initiatives into all aspects of their work. Elizabeth T. is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation, and the Madison Area Diversity Roundtable. Elizabeth has their own consulting company called Elizabeth Priller Consulting, LLC, where they specialize in corporate wellness and DEI, providing services such as speaking, assessments, consulting, coaching, and training. Elizabeth T. has also worked with the RDR Group as a D&I Corporate Training Partner, delivering workshops on diversity and inclusion. Elizabeth T. obtained their Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Transformational Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University in 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Olivet Nazarene University in 2016. Elizabeth also holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Highland Community College, Illinois, which they completed in 2007. Additionally, they have a degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse from Highland Community College, obtained in 2000.

In terms of certifications, Elizabeth has several accomplishments. Elizabeth T. has completed courses in executive influence, creating executive-level data visualizations, communication with executives, driving organizational accountability for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, gender and sexuality inclusion in the workplace, Lean Six Sigma white belt certification, and interrupting bias in hiring using Textio.
