I am a lawyer specialized in mergers and acquisitions, with extensive experience in complex transactions of this type and with a special focus on advising financial investors and structuring banks. Over the last few years I have advised on a very significant number of divestitures, acquisitions, mergers, investments and joint ventures, working on both the buy-side and sell-side and often on cross-border transactions.
My work focuses on advising high-volume financial investors in international asset management (including, in particular, private equity entities) across multiple asset classes (private equity, infrastructure, energy, trading and real estate) on high-level M&A transactions and associated contractual arrangements (such as management incentive plans).
Ranked in France by Chambers as "Associate to watch" in Corporate/M&A: High-end Capability and by Legal 500 as "Rising start" in Private Equity.
