Bhola Chauhan

Bhola Chauhan has a diverse work experience across several companies. Bhola started their career as a Trainee at iQor Global Services India Pvt. Ltd., where they monitored memory, performance, CPU utilization, and hardware issues related to Windows servers. Bhola also handled the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems. Bhola then progressed to the role of Customer Support Engineer at the same company, where they continued to provide technical support and resolve issues with Windows servers.

After their time at iQor, Bhola joined InKnowTech as a Team Lead. In this role, they led a team of 15 members and ensured excellent support to internal users. Bhola analyzed business requirements for resources and obtained management approval. Additionally, they managed, developed, and trained the service desk team.

Subsequently, Bhola worked at Advanced Network Management (ANM) as a Consulting Engineer. Their responsibilities included providing high-quality support for global clients, assisting with technical issues such as network troubleshooting, application issues, virtualization, Windows server management, and hardware troubleshooting. Bhola also monitored networks and data centers using tools like PRTG and SolarWinds.

Bhola then joined HCL Technologies as a Technical Specialist. Here, they provided support for global clients, managed incidents and problems, and played a key role in incident management for high severity incidents. Bhola ensured critical and major incidents were addressed within Service Level Agreement (SLA) response times and sent out critical alerts when necessary.

Currently, Bhola is working at Quatrro Business Support Services as a Senior System Administrator. Bhola provides high-quality support for global clients and specializes in troubleshooting Tanium endpoint management products. Their responsibilities also include advanced-level troubleshooting and providing Level 2 technical support for Tanium.

Overall, Bhola Chauhan has gained significant experience in providing technical support, managing teams, and troubleshooting various software and hardware issues throughout their career.

Bhola Chauhan's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled in Govt. Polytechnic, Jhajjar, Haryana for a Diploma in Computer Science. Bhola completed their diploma program in 2015.

In 2022, Bhola Chauhan pursued higher education at Indira Gandhi National Open University, where they enrolled in the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program with a specialization in Computer Science. Bhola is expected to graduate from this program in 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Bhola Chauhan has also obtained several certifications. In April 2020, they completed the Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness Training offered by KnowBe4 and also received the Spot the Phish Game certification from the same institution.

In the field of network security, Bhola Chauhan obtained the NSE 1 Network Security Associate certification from Fortinet in April 2020. Bhola further enhanced their knowledge by acquiring the NSE 2 Network Security Associate certification from Fortinet during the same month and year.

Most recently, Bhola Chauhan obtained two certifications from Tanium. In August 2021, they became a Tanium Certified Operator (TAN-1000), and in October 2021, they achieved the Tanium Certified Administrator certification.
