Omkar Malgaonkar

Omkar Malgaonkar has worked at Quatrro Business Support Services as a Senior Analyst since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Convergence Services as a Customer Success Engineer from July 2021 to November 2022. In this role, they installed and upgraded infrastructure and application platforms for internal and external customers, collaborated with partner teams to identify and track dependencies for client success, and supported project initiatives for continuous service improvement. Before that, Omkar worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Solution Configuration Expert from October 2018 to July 2021. In this role, they were involved in the Hall Ticket generation process and conducted digital online/offline exams for various customers. Omkar also created forms and exam day login pages at the request of clients.

Omkar Malgaonkar completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Rajendra Mane College of Engineering & Technology in 2017.
