Starting in 2017, they worked as an Associate at Sutherland Global Services Private Limited, where they served as a Technical Support Associate, assisting users, employees, and clients with any technical issues related to product ordering management. Sapna displayed strong knowledge of the company's products and applications.

In 2020, Sapna took on a Human Resources Internship with Hexaview Technologies Inc., where they provided accurate reports and communication to management and recruiters. Sapna also played a key role in managing candidates through the recruiting workflow and establishing strong relationships with recruitment partners.

Following their internship, Sapna joined Equinox Labs in 2021 as an HR Recruiter. Currently, Sapna is working at Quatrro Business Support Services as a Senior Executive in Human Resources. Sapna'sresponsibilities include handling employee relations, day-to-day grievances, compliances, and audits. Sapna is also interested in enhancing their knowledge in HRBP/BHR.
