Caspar Chlipalski

Caspar Chlipalski has a diverse work experience history. Caspar currently holds the position of Head of Operations at Quatt since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Pricewise from May 2021 to April 2022.

Caspar's longest tenure was at bol.com, where they worked from March 2019 to April 2021. During this time, they held multiple roles including Product Manager Retailer, Manager Partner Offer & Agreement Solutions, Manager Supplier Performance Management, and Manager Catalog Partner Management. Their responsibilities in these roles included overseeing agile innovation teams, improving and rethinking processes, and managing aspects such as sourcing, purchasing, stock management, and pricing.

Before joining bol.com, Caspar worked as an Engagement Manager at Fox-IT from March 2014 to October 2015. Caspar also has prior consulting experience, having worked at The Boston Consulting Group from July 2010 to January 2014, initially as a Consultant and later as a (Senior) Associate. Caspar began their career as an Intern at Monitor Group from August 2006 to October 2006.

Caspar Chlipalski attended Gymnasium Haganum from 1994 to 2000, where they completed their high school education. Caspar then enrolled at Delft University of Technology from 2000 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Caspar continued their education at the same university from 2005 to 2007, obtaining a Master of Science degree in the same field. Lastly, in 2011, Caspar pursued an MBA degree at INSEAD and graduated in July 2012.
