Founding Team

About

The founding team at Qubole has a history of working with big data. Two of the founding members were previously with the Apache Software Foundation, where they worked on Hadoop Hive. Another founding member was an engineering manager at Facebook, where he worked on data infrastructure. The last founding member worked as a database architect and manager at Identity Engines and Oracle Corporation. All four members of the team have a computer science background, including degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi.
