Sophie Riendeau

Sophie Riendeau is currently serving as the Director of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary at Québecor since March 2020. Prior to this, Sophie held various legal counsel positions at different companies such as Québecor Média Inc., Gaz Métro, Advantech AMT Inc., LVConseils Institutionnels Inc., and Marque d'or. Sophie's expertise lies in corporate law, securities law, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, financing, governance, and international commercial agreements. Sophie's academic background includes a LL.B. degree in Law from the Université de Montréal.
