Andrea Hall Stachniewicz

Andrea Hall Stachniewicz is a licensed mental health counselor and clinical supervisor with extensive experience in both private practice and community advocacy. Currently serving as a clinical supervisor at Sprouting Roots Mental Health Counseling and a licensed mental health counselor at Spring Health, Andrea manages a caseload addressing various client challenges through a multicultural and trauma-informed lens. As a judicial delegate for the Queens County Democratic Party, Andrea focuses on developing a progressive platform promoting alternatives to incarceration, voter rights, and housing justice. Prior roles include founding Andrea Stachniewicz Mental Health Counseling and Consulting, where a person-centered approach is applied, and organizing community outreach efforts with various political campaigns. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Marist College.
