Ayanna Bates

Ayanna Bates is a College Office Aid at Queens High School of Teaching. Ayanna previously worked as a College Access Site Director at Let's Get Ready, where they provided emotional support to students, ensured a productive program for students, and created and ran group activities. Bates has also worked as a Project HEAL coordinator, where they helped manage the logistics of the program, recruited volunteers, and supervised the program's participants.

Ayanna Bates has a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens College. Ayanna is also certified in Mental Health First Aid USA for Youth Mental Health First Aid.
