Alessandra Pegnim is an experienced leader in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Global Recruiting at Udemy since September 2021, where the focus is on transforming lives through learning. Previously, Alessandra held the position of General Manager at TheLions, a data-driven jobs marketplace, and served as Director of Recruitment at Connery Consulting, a boutique HR consulting firm. With a strong background in talent acquisition and employee development, Alessandra also worked as Global Director of HR and Talent at VonChurch and as a Senior Recruiting Partner with Kforce. Alessandra's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, complemented by a study program in Italy.
