Phenella Lill

Phenella Lill's work experience includes various roles in the field of employee engagement, learning and development, coaching, and facilitation. Phenella has worked as the Head of Employee Engagement at Queensland Country Bank, where they developed communication and culture strategies. Phenella has also served as a Learning and Organizational Development Manager at the same organization. Additionally, they have worked as a Coach at Lever Learning, a Program Facilitator at the Australian Institute of Management, and an HR Consultant, Facilitator, and Coach at TP Human Capital. Phenella has also been self-employed as a consultant, facilitator, and coach at Accelerate Results. Furthermore, they have held positions as an L&D Manager and Consultant at Imperial Tobacco and as a Learning and Development Manager at Bayer Australia Limited. Phenella has also been the Head of Learning and Development at BT Financial Group and the Manager of Business Trainers at Westpac.
