Alison Staley Chartered Fellow CIPD is a seasoned HR and L&D professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director, Head of Global Employee Engagement and Global Employee Development at QIAGEN since January 2021, Alison is responsible for the Global Learning & Development strategy and oversees a global team to implement innovative L&D programs and the Global EMPOWER cultural change initiative. Previous roles include People Director as an HR & L&D Consultant, Director of People at Ambition Institute, and various senior HR positions at QIAGEN, adidas UK Ltd, and Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. Alison holds a BSc in Psychology & Geography from the University of Liverpool and a PostGraduate Diploma in Personnel & Development from Birmingham City University.
