Kim Davis

Kim Davis has extensive experience in patron services and venue management, currently serving as the Patron Services and Security Manager at QPAC since August 2002. In this role, Kim oversees a diverse portfolio that includes Front of House operations, merchandise, tours, patron relations, and venue security, managing a team of over 12 permanent staff and 200 casual employees. Prior experience includes roles at AEG Ogden as a Patron Services Executive, managing the box office and front of house operations at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, and earlier positions at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre as a casual usher, supervisor, and operations coordinator. Additionally, Kim worked as a Traffic Manager at Joint Venture Advertising, coordinating airtime activities. Kim holds a Certificate III in Events and a Diploma in Project Management from TAFE QLD, along with a Certificate in Television/Radio from AIR-TV.
