Zoe Elcock

Zoe Elcock is a strategic Learning and Development professional with a focus on creating impactful learning solutions that enhance performance. Currently serving as a Learning Partner at Urban Utilities since March 2024, Zoe has also been involved in various roles within the Learning and Development field, including a Learning Manager position since September 2022. Previous experience includes leading the Employee Development team at Brisbane City Council in a 4-month contract role, acting as a Business Development Manager at Message Train, and holding multiple positions at Westpac Group, including Learning Design Specialist and HR Partner. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Queensland University of Technology, as well as diplomas in Vocational Education and Training, and Training Design and Development.
