Bill Nicoll

Bill Nicoll has a vast experience in project management and quality assurance across various companies such as Dynamic Connect Suzhou and Dynamic Controls. Currently, Bill serves as the Risk and Resilience Manager at Queenstown Lakes District Council, overseeing the development of strategic plans for climate action and biodiversity leadership in response to the climate emergency. Additionally, Bill has held roles as an Organisation Improvement Manager and Quality Manager within the same organization.
