Phil Rose

Phil Rose has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Phil currently serves as the Head of Northreach Bio at Northreach, where they offer advice on talent retention and helps startups and SMEs in the Cell & Gene Therapy sector achieve their goals. Phil joined Northreach in 2019 and is still actively working in this position.

Prior to their role at Northreach, Phil worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Quell Therapeutics starting in 2021. Phil also held the same position at Mestag Therapeutics from 2022. In both roles, they contributed to transforming the lives of people affected by inflammatory disease and cancer.

Before joining Quell Therapeutics, Phil was briefly unemployed in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Aerotek from 2013 to 2019 in various senior consultant and principal consultant roles. At Aerotek, they specialized in providing freelance clinical research professionals to the European Life Science industry.

Phil also had experience at Gilead Sciences in 2017 as an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they focused on recruitment in the EMEA region. Additionally, they worked at Aston Carter from 2007 to 2013 as a Financial Trading Applications Consultant, specializing in IT Banking Recruitment. Phil began their career as an Assistant Professional Golfer at HEVER CASTLE GOLF CLUB LIMITED from 2005 to 2007.

Phil Rose attended St. Martin's College but the start and end years of their education are unknown. Phil did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study at the college. In addition, they obtained certifications such as "Leading the Organization Monthly," "Measuring Team Performance," and "Strategic Planning Foundations" from LinkedIn in April 2020.
