Tiffany Frederick has over 30 years of work experience, beginning in 1991 as a District Manager in the Specialty Division at Walmart. During their time at Walmart, they managed multi-unit departments and maintained a top 25% rank in overall performance. Tiffany also oversaw budgeting, payroll, and collaborated with upper management to achieve corporate objectives.

Following their tenure at Walmart, Frederick worked as a District Manager at Dollar General, where they planned and executed training programs, attracted new employees, and achieved excellent ratings in customer satisfaction.

Tiffany then joined Citi Trends as a District Manager, overseeing the opening of two new stores and managing 10 multi-units across multiple states. Frederick ensured compliance with store policies, executed visual directives, and achieved a total sales volume of $13M.

Frederick later worked as a District Manager at The Money Store/Triton Management, where they achieved full P&L objectives and developed top management talent. Tiffany also established successful business strategies and executed dynamic marketing campaigns to generate loan activity.

As a Certified Gold Specialist/Team Lead at The Gold Refinery, Frederick directed the evaluation and processing of gold products, implemented marketing strategies, and mentored high-performance teams.

Tiffany then became a Retail Management Consultant at TNF Consulting, where they developed strategic HR plans, evaluated expense control and inventory management, and achieved sales growth for retail clients.

At Walmart, Frederick served as a Market Human Resources Manager, collaborating with senior leadership and employees to execute HR initiatives and special projects. Tiffany also led performance management and recruiting efforts.

Most recently, Frederick worked at Delek US Holdings, Inc. as a Senior Manager-HRBP Retail, where they spearheaded strategic HR initiatives for 250 retail units, including performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Tiffany also partnered with executive leadership for strategic planning and talent management efforts.

Starting in 2022, Frederick will begin their role as the Director of Employee Relations and Engagement at Quench USA, Inc.

Throughout their career, Tiffany Frederick has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of human resources, including talent management, strategic planning, performance management, recruiting, and employee development.

Tiffany Frederick attended The University of Southern Mississippi from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Apparel Merchandising. Prior to their college education, they completed their College Preparatory studies at Coast Episcopal High School, specializing in College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. In addition to their formal education, Tiffany Frederick obtained a certification in MOHR Retail Multi-Unit Management Training from MOHR in July 2013.
