Wayne Barr

Wayne Barr has extensive work experience in various leadership and technical roles. Wayne is currently the Head of Engineering at QueryClick since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Director at Vivedia from January 2021 to December 2022, where they led a business transformation project and managed a cross-functional team. Wayne also served as an Enterprise Architect at Serco in October 2020 to December 2020, focusing on developing BD proposals. From July 2019 to October 2020, Wayne worked as a Solutions Development Lead at Rolls-Royce, leading global IT projects. Wayne was the Director of Information Technology at Arcadis Gen from August 2018 to July 2019, overseeing complex projects. Previously, they held the role of Solution Delivery Lead at Babcock International Group from April 2016 to August 2018, delivering projects related to MoD and security compliance. Wayne also has experience as a Director at Software Red from March 2010 to June 2016 and as a Lead Technical Manager at HP from March 2010 to December 2011. In addition, they served as the Head of Product at Red Box from September 2015 to April 2016, where they successfully managed project delivery and improved support operations. Wayne's career began as an Interim Chief Technology Officer at Exel Technology Group from January 2012 to September 2015, where they defined the company's technology vision and strategies.

Wayne Barr holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Statistics and Probability from Nottingham Trent University. Subsequently, they obtained the SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification from Rolls-Royce in September 2019.
