Oscar Carnero

Oscar Carnero has worked for three companies in the past eight years. From 2018 to present, they have been employed by Quest EPC, where they have held the roles of Operations Manager, Project Manager, and I&E Tech. From 2014 to 2018, they worked for Berry Brothers General Contractors as a Journeyman. From 2011 to 2014, they worked for I&I (Insulations, Inc.) as an Electrician/Heat Trace Tech.

Oscar Carnero has an Associate of Science degree from Texas State Technical College in the field of wind turbine.
