Dirk Roorda

Dirk Roorda has extensive experience in quality engineering and management within the medical device industry and related sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Quest Medical, Inc. since October 2018, Dirk has previously held the position of Quality Engineer at Flex, where responsibilities included risk management, product design control, and regulatory compliance. As an R&D Engineering Manager at Jarden Corporation, Dirk managed and mentored engineering teams, overseeing new product development and capital project justifications. Earlier roles at Evenflo involved managing product integrity and leading corrective action processes, while also performing quality planning for a significant portion of product lines. Dirk started the career as a Production Manager at TriMark Europe, demonstrating leadership in production scheduling. Dirk holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
