Herzel M.

Herzel M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Herzel started their career as a Parliament assistant at Knesset in 1997 and then moved on to work as a Software Engineer and System Integration Engineer at Simtech from 1996 to 2005. After that, they worked as a Network Performance Engineer at Check Point Software Technologies from 2007 to 2008 and later joined Corrigent Systems as a QA Engineer from 2008 to 2009.

In 2010, Herzel became a Network & Performance Tech Lead at Correlix, a market leader in latency and full transactions monitoring for high-frequency trading networks. Herzel then worked at XIV as an E2E Team Leader from 2012 to 2013.

From 2013 to 2019, Herzel held various positions at Ravello Systems, including Senior Software Test Engineer, Test Engineering Manager, and Senior Manager. It is worth noting that Oracle acquired Ravello Systems during Herzel's tenure.

In 2019, Herzel joined Personetics as the Director of QA and then transitioned to the role of Director of Quality Engineering at SafeRide Technologies Ltd in 2021. Herzel currently holds the position of Director of Quality Engineering at Questar Auto Technologies since December 2021.

Herzel M. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Economics from the University of Haifa, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. These include the following: VMware Administrator Certification, obtained from VMware in February 2019; Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2018 Certified Architect Associate, obtained from Oracle Cloud Technologies in October 2018; OpenStack Foundations, obtained from Hewlett-Packard in October 2014; Certified XIV Administration, obtained from IBM in July 2012; Cisco Certified Network Administration, obtained from Cisco in September 2007; and CCSA, obtained from Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. in March 2007.
