Britney Mayorga

Britney Mayorga is an undergraduate researcher at Emory University, currently engaged in Dr. Byron Au-Yeung's Immunology Lab, focusing on cytokine analysis and protein determination for an honors thesis. Mayorga has significant leadership experience as Vice President at Large for Omicron Delta Kappa and Co-President of the Emory QuestBridge Scholars Network, where efforts are dedicated to supporting first-generation low-income students. Mayorga’s background includes various roles as a resident advisor, medical scribe, and participant in research programs, notably at the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emory University, expected in 2024, following a high school diploma from Berkmar High School.
