Jennifer Rosen has over 20 years of work experience in marketing and advertising. Jennifer is currently the Group Marketing Director for the Travel + Wellness Division at Questex. Prior to this, Jennifer served as the Director of Marketing - Americas at PONANT Yacht Cruises & Expeditions, where they successfully generated new leads and established brand awareness in the American market.
Before their role at PONANT, Jennifer worked as the Group Marketing Director for the Travel Division at Questex LLC, where they spearheaded strategic marketing and branding for media and events. Jennifer also held the position of Head of Marketing, Cruise Portfolio at UBM plc, where they directed strategic marketing to revitalize an outdated brand and increase attendance and exhibitor sales for a major conference and trade show portfolio.
Jennifer has experience working with prestigious companies such as Greater Talent Network, Hurtigruten Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, and Harris Drury Cohen. Throughout their career, they have consistently achieved impressive results, such as increasing online visibility, generating new leads, and doubling passenger counts.
Jennifer started their career as a Project Coordinator at The Ad Shop and later worked as an Account Executive at TMP Worldwide. Jennifer holds a diverse range of experience across various industries such as travel, luxury, entertainment, and technology.
Jennifer Rosen completed a Certificate in Digital Marketing: Customer Engagement, Social Media, Planning & Analytics from Columbia Business School in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Ithaca College. Jennifer also holds additional certifications in Generative AI for Digital Marketers from LinkedIn and Social Media Marketing Certification from HubSpot, which they obtained in October 2020 and will obtain in 2023, respectively.
