Mao Vang

Mao Vang, PHR, CPPM has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. They have worked as a People and Culture Team Lead and People and Culture Manager at Queue-it since 2022. Prior to that, they were an HR Business Partner and Associate HR Business Partner at UNFI from 2019 to 2022. They also had experience as a Pharmacy Coordinator, training and recruiting at SUPERVALU from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they worked as an HR Generalist at SUPERVALU INC from 2017 to 2019, a Talent Acquisition Service Advisor at UnitedHealth Group in 2016, and a Senior HR Operations Center representative at Target from 2014 to 2016. Early in their career, Mao served as a Data Entry Supervisor at Merwin Ltc Pharmacy from 2008 to 2014.

Mao Vang completed a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Concordia University-St. Paul in 2023. Prior to that, in 2022, Mao earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Century College. In 2018, Mao obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Metro State University. Additionally, in 2007, Mao completed a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Mao Vang earned the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in October 2020 and obtained the Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) certification from the University of St. Thomas in 2022. Mao is also in the process of completing the Lead 4 Success Program at the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College (LDI).
