Maxine Tamminga has a diverse work experience. Maxine began their career in 2011 as a Shiftleider Operatie and Manager Service at Albert Heijn. During their time there, they were responsible for the service department, making schedules, monitoring cash register differences, doing data analysis, and taking appropriate action. Maxine also hired new people and trained them accordingly. In 2012, they worked as a Hostess for the Olympics 2012. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Hostess at De Titaan and completed both their internship and thesis at BASF as a Sample Coordinator. Most recently, they were hired as a Teamlead Customer Service at Quicargo in 2022.

Maxine Tamminga attended Sint Nicolaas Lyceum from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Hoger Algemeen Voortgezet Onderwijs (Havo) diploma. Maxine then attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2021, where they obtained a Propedeuse in International Business and Languages.
