Joel Collins

Joel Collins is Chief Legal Officer & SVP of Business Development at Quick Base, where he is responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives.

Joel provides senior management with advice on company strategies and implementation, manages the legal function, and obtains and oversees the work of outside counsel. Joel is directly involved in complex business transactions in negotiating critical contracts.

Prior to joining Quick Base, Joel was General Counsel of Enservio, Inc., a SaaS and services provider to the property insurance industry. Enservio was acquired by Solera in August of 2016. Prior to Enservio, Joel was Assistant General Counsel at Sonus Networks, Inc. a provider of software and services to the telecommunications industry. Joel began his legal career at Ropes & Gray LLP in the securities and public company group.

Joel holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina, a M.Ed. from North Carolina State University, a J.D. from Northwestern School of Law and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Business.
