Katherine Foy

As Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of Quick Med Claims, Katherine “Kathy” serves as a subject matter expert in the areas of corporate compliance and risk mitigation. She is committed to ensuring that QMC adheres to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry best practices. This includes: Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, insurance billing, and cybersecurity within the heightened regulatory environment of the medical transportation billing field.

She received her Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Kathy has more than 25 years of experience working for the Federal government and nonprofit organizations.
