Crystal Palermo

As Vice President of Human Resources at Quick Med Claims, Crystal Palermo is responsible for setting the ‘people strategy’ in partnership with the Executive Team to support QMC’s mission, vision and values. Crystal has more than 13 years of experience in the areas of talent acquisition, labor and employee relations, training and talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, diversity and inclusion and change management. She has a proven track record of leading winning teams and increasing engagement across organizations.

Crystal has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Human Resources from Geneva College and holds Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) and certification with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
