John Yoo

John Yoo began their work experience as a Tutor at Appelrouth Tutoring Services in 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Data Analyst at KPMG, where they refurbished a database and assisted in drafting tax publications. John then joined Lockheed Martin in 2012 as an Associate in the Operations Leadership Development Program, where they directed the development of a sustainability employee engagement program. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Data Analytics Senior Consultant at LTS, leading statistical analysis and developing Tableau dashboards. In 2016, they worked as a Growth Consultant, Operations and Strategy at PRNT, focusing on business operations and revenue streams. John then joined HWC Inc. in 2017 as an Associate, Analytics & Design, providing expertise in data science and analytics for FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security. In 2018, they worked as an Analytics Consultant at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, leading analytics and reporting for film marketing campaigns. John also led a data cataloging effort for theatrical data sources. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at GoodRx, first as an Analyst, Data, and then as a Senior Analyst, Data. In this role, they served as the data lead for multiple product-engineering verticals, designed ELT solutions, developed dashboards, and increased audience reach through claim-based messaging. Currently, in 2022, they are employed as a Senior Data Analyst at QuickNode, where their work details are yet to be specified.

John Yoo obtained a Master's Degree in Business Analytics from The George Washington University School of Business, which they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Operations Management at the University of Maryland from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, John Yoo obtained certifications in "dbt Fundamentals" from dbt Labs in September 2022 and in "Retention + Engagement" from Reforge in November 2020.
