Jesse Lampley

Process Engineer at Quickparts.com, Inc.

Jesse Lampley has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Jesse started their career in 2002 as a Quality Control Technician at Square D Company before transitioning to the role of Quality Engineer. During their time at Square D Company, Jesse led a Six Sigma project that resulted in significant cost savings and improved line layout for increased efficiency.

In 2007, Jesse worked as a Senior Quality Engineer at Avantech, where they ensured PPAP schedules were met for Pretty Products LLC. Jesse then joined Pretty Products LLC as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they developed inspection standards, supervised QC Techs, and trained production employees during a plant relocation.

Jesse later joined GrafTech International in 2011 as a Process Engineer, where they remained until 2016. At GrafTech International, they contributed to process improvement and optimization efforts.

In 2016, Jesse worked as a Process Engineer at Aerotek on a contract basis. Jesse was responsible for improving production processes at Tarkett, leading a team of engineers, revising SOPs, developing process flow charts, and contributing to ISO recertification efforts.

From 2016 to 2017, Jesse served as a Quality Engineer at Kbr Wyle, focusing on quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.

Jesse then joined Modine Manufacturing Company in 2017 as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they remained until 2021. In this role, they contributed to manufacturing processes and implemented improvement strategies.

Most recently, in 2021, Jesse joined Quickparts as a Process Engineer, where they continue to leverage their skills and knowledge in process optimization and engineering.

Jesse Lampley has a diverse education history. Jesse started by earning a high school degree in General Studies from Summertown High School from 1992 to 1996. After that, they pursued higher education, attending Columbia State Community College from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business. Jesse furthered their education at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Jesse has also obtained certifications in the field of engineering. Jesse holds a Lean White Belt certification from GrafTech International and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Schneider Electric.
