Hy-tsoung Chang is a highly experienced data professional with a robust background in engineering and architecture, currently serving as a Staff Engineer in Data at QUICKSIGN since October 2020. With previous roles including Data Architect and Data Infrastructure Engineer at Heetch, Hy-tsoung has demonstrated expertise in building data platforms and scalable machine learning services. Earlier positions include Chief Data Officer and Chief Technical Officer Mobile at OuiCar, where Hy-tsoung led the data and technical teams, as well as roles in software development and research at renowned companies such as Dashlane, Criteo, and Exalead. Hy-tsoung holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Centrale Lille and has a strong foundation in both academic and practical applications of technology.
