Tobin started his career in 1994 at Jones & Carter, Inc. designing water and wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, pump stations and water wells. He refined his design skills and took on a management role serving as a department manager, division manager and eventually practice leader of the Water Practice managing over 75 employees. In 2019 he stepped into the role of Chief Operations Officer and now assists in the running of the company and the development of its employees.
