Kathryn S. Sharpe

Kathryn S. Sharpe, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales enablement, training, and management. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement and Training at QuidelOrtho since October 2022, Kathryn has previously held roles in sales and training at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and Tidelands Health. Kathryn's background includes positions as Regional Sales Director, Hospital Chaplain, Key Account Manager at Bayer, and Account Executive at Cepheid. Additionally, Kathryn spent over a decade at Johnson & Johnson as a Regional Sales Manager. Kathryn holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Master’s degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Wesley Theological Seminary.
