Rich Zagon

Rich Zagon has extensive experience in data management and governance. Rich is currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Governance at Quility Insurance. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Data Process & Data Management at MHW, where they were responsible for building and leading the Data Management organization. Rich also supported the company's digital transformation and multi-company acquisition.

Before MHW, Zagon held the position of Global Director of Data Management & Governance at ADI Global Distribution. In this role, they led various activities such as data operations, process improvements, project management, and technology implementation. Rich also played a significant role in implementing the company's Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) strategy.

Zagon's experience also includes working as the Director of Global Operations - Reporting & Governance at The NPD Group and as a Senior Manager of Master Data Management, Governance & Operations at MSC Industrial Supply Co. At MSC, they were responsible for product master data, talent development, operational excellence, strategic planning, budget management, project management, and vendor relationships.
