Tosin James-Odukoya

Tosin James-Odukoya currently serves as the Group Head of Inclusion and Diversity at Quilter, a position held since June 2021, where the focus is on guiding individuals towards secure financial futures through inclusive financial advice and investment solutions. Prior to this role, Tosin was the Global Diversity & Inclusion Lead and Senior Recruitment Business Partner at GSMA from November 2016 to May 2021, where the emphasis was on fostering equality and inclusivity within the organization. Additional experience includes roles at Alexander Mann Solutions, NYSE, HSBC, Credit Agricole, UBS Investment Bank, and Societe Generale, spanning various positions related to recruitment and human resource management. Tosin is an alumnus of Aston University.
