Head of Home at Quince

Chloë Palmer is the current Head of Home at Quince. Chloë has held various positions in the past, including Director of Strategy and Business Development at Pottery Barn, Assistant Designer at Bianca Luce, and Merchandising Intern at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP.

Palmer has always been driven by a passion for strategy and business development. After Establishing a new role in the company, they spearhead the development of new businesses and initiatives from concept to scale. From creating the first major home re-commerce business to launching multi-million dollar product collaborations with top designers and brands, they drove new revenue, customer acquisition, and strategically increased the lifetime value of our customers.

Before their time at Pottery Barn, Palmer was an Assistant Designer at Bianca Luce under the mentorship of Ariel Yoon, a designer Hugo Boss and Valentino. There, they conceptualized, designed, and created apparel and jewelry. Chloë also consulted on the design of custom pieces.

Palmer's journey in the fashion industry began as a Merchandising Intern at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP. There they gained invaluable experience that would shape their future career path.

They work with Carin Falconer - VP, Customer Experience, Pavan Nanjundaiah - VP, Data Science & Data Engineering, and Saurabh Gaur - VP, Product Management. Chloë Palmer reports to Sid Gupta, Co-Founder & CEO.
