Tara Silha

Tara Silha (Izzo) is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience across various roles in the industry. Currently serving as Director of Media at Quince since April 2024, Tara previously held the position of Director of Media Planning at Carewell from September 2021 to April 2024. Prior to that, Tara was the Media Director at The RealReal and Director of Investment at Feld Direct. Additional experience includes roles as Account Executive at Univision Communications Inc. and Estrella Tv, Group Director of Investment at Omnicom Media Group, and VP of Short Form Media at 4 Bucks Media. Tara began the media career as Media Director at CMEDIA LLC. Tara holds a degree from Western Connecticut State University and graduated from Immaculate High School.
