Martin Dudek

Martin Dudek has a diverse work experience in the logistics industry, spanning over several companies and roles. Martin started their career at Robert Bosch GmbH, where they held various sales and marketing positions in different regions. Martin then moved on to DHL, where they served as the Chief Commercial Officer for the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey region, and later became the Managing Director in Sri Lanka. After that, Dudek joined Singapore Post Ltd as the Regional Managing Director for South East Asia, where they implemented strategies to transform the company into a competitive delivery provider for the e-commerce market. Martin then founded Arithmos Solutions, a technology logistics company focused on optimizing enterprises while aligning with day-to-day operations. Dudek later joined Quincus as the Head of Commercial and Consulting, where they played a crucial role in driving commercial and strategic growth. Currently, they are the CEO and Founder of AeroLog Tech, a company revolutionizing the logistics industry through its innovative platform that merges UAVs, airlines, and ground assets.

Martin Dudek attended INSEAD in 2021, where they pursued a degree in Building Partnerships & Eco-Systems. Prior to this, they obtained a BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology. In 2004, they also obtained a certification in Executive Management & Leadership from INSEAD Executive Education.
