Vancs Chai has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. They began their career as an Account Executive at Group Thirty Three International, where they supervised a nationwide roadshow and managed exhibitions. They then worked as a Product Specialist at Merck Sharp & Dohme, achieving significant sales growth and leading recruitment campaigns. Moving on, Vancs served as a Business Development Manager at KooZaa Dotcom, successfully signing up vendors and implementing payment and fraud monitoring services. They continued to excel in business development roles at Tandem Advisory, Grab, and Silentmode Sdn Bhd, where they established partnerships, improved internal processes, and drove sales growth. Vancs also held positions as a Business Development Manager at Trakomatic Sdn. Bhd. and Simsense Technology Sdn. Bhd., and as a Business Development Manager at Softline Solutions International Sdn Bhd, focusing on driving revenue and profit through strategic partnerships and product sales. Currently, Vancs is the Partnerships Director at Quincus, responsible for business development, strategic alliances, and marketing initiatives in the Malaysia market.

Vancs Chai received a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2010. Vancs went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing from the University of Southern Queensland, completing their degree in 2018.
