Sara Simms

Sara Simms, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources at Quinsigamond Community College since May 2012, where responsibilities include monitoring equity-based programs and ensuring compliance with government regulations. Sara has also held various HR leadership roles at Quinsigamond, such as Interim Director and Associate Director, and previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Stetson School, Inc., where duties encompassed full cycle recruiting and benefits coordination. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Framingham State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Fitchburg State University.
