Mike Malinao has an extensive career in talent acquisition and business recruiting, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development at QuinStreet since December 2009. In various leadership roles at QuinStreet, Mike has been responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition, as well as overseeing business-related recruitment across multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Prior to QuinStreet, Mike was President of Bay Area Search Group, and held multiple leadership positions at Accounting Partners, RemX IT, P2P Connect, Comtech Staffing Group, SearchTech, and Trendtec, demonstrating a strong background in staffing and recruitment within the technology and finance sectors.
