The Role
This position provides administrative assistance to the CEO, CFO & COO. This position will process all expense reports and will support company-wide projects and events as needed, as well as provide additional administrative support as needed.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to senior leadership
Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents
Handle inbound and outbound mail (USPS and FedEx)
Order equipment and supplies for senior leadership as needed
Manage individual calendars and schedules
Partner with the Office Administrator in coordinating on-site meetings as related
Prepare for presentations and meetings
Record and distribute meeting minutes as requested
Arrange off-site meetings (including booking reservations, coordinating luncheons, etc.)
Prepare and process all expenses reports
Review and code all invoices
Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations (flights, lodging, general transportation)
Provide other administrative duties as needed
