The Role
As a member of our SDR team, you will be responsible for qualifying interested prospects by phone and email using our best-in-class sales systems. Using our scalable qualifying process, you will identify leads looking to explore our experience packages in more detail who are ready to take the next steps of the buying process. You will work closely with our Event Specialist Sales team to set and schedule initial meetings, and will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager.

Strong computer skills are a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively and comfortably interact with professionals of all titles, including executive leadership, both internally and externally
Flexibility to manage competing priorities, shift focus as determined by the changing needs of the business, and continually adapt in a rapidly growing sales organization
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Eagerness to take ownership over tasks, assignments, and projects
Strong qualifying and selling skills and the ability to influence prospects, customers, referral sources and partners
Strong communication skills, both written and verbally, to engage with internal and external prospects and stakeholders
