Michael Liu

Mr. Liu was appointed President of Quintel in 2019. In addition to his current role, he serves as Director for Cirtek Holdings Philippines Corporation, a publicly listed holding company and entity that acquired Quintel in 2017. Prior to Quintel, he has held and continues to hold active positions in various manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail, services, and logistics companies within the Cirtek Holdings Group of Companies. In 2015, Mr. Liu, as Vice President and General Manager for Cirtek Advanced Technologies and Solutions closed a contract manufacturing deal with Quintel to produce base station antennas, 2 years prior to acquiring them. Mr. Liu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Systems and remains to serve the companies in his capacity. He brings with him 12 years of management, engineering, and manufacturing experience and has taken on a greater role for Quintel as its President responsible for providing leadership, corporate strategy, business development, management, and marketing.
