Haley Parks

Haley Parks is a Special Projects Analyst at Complexio, focusing on foundational AI for task automation and value extraction since December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a ServiceNow Business Analyst at Clear Skye, where support was provided for the Clear Skye IGA application and knowledge base maintenance for the Clear Skye Connect website. As a Salesforce Business Applications Analyst at Western Digital, Haley acted as the IT Owner for the WDC 1MDF program and facilitated communication between business and technical teams. Experience also includes roles as an iOS App Developer at NSPARC, where contributions were made to the myMDHS application, and as an Information Technology Intern at Green Mountain Technology, where a Security Training Web Application was developed. Haley's early career included research assistance in cognitive decision factors. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University, Haley holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Mississippi State University.
